GENERAL TERMS:

All bookings are final after payment is received, and are subject to Emperor Studios terms and conditions.

If there is a problem with your booking, or you would like to modify or cancel your booking please contact the studio directly.

All sessions must be paid for before entry to your room.

You can load into your room no earlier than 15 minutes before your session, and must be ready to leave by the time your session ends. Anyone found going over their booked time will be charged accordingly. If you would like to extend your booking on the day, this can be done at the studio reception.

Parking at the studio is limited, and is first come, first served. Please be mindful of others and car-share where possible.

All basic and requested equipment will be set up ready in the room before you arrive. Customers are not permitted to go about the studio or enter other rooms looking for extra equipment, please ask a member of staff if you need anything and we will happy to assist you.

All rooms come included with a PA system, 3 vocal microphones, 3 xlr cables and 3 microphone stands at no extra charge. All other required gear (unless privately owned by the customer) is charged for on a per-session basis.

All studio equipment is cleaned and tested daily, if something breaks within your session time, let a member of staff know.

Emperor studios assumes no liability for damage or wear & tear to personal equipment, and such items are brought into the studio and used at your own risk.

Tea & coffee from the kitchenette is free to all customers, and this is help yourself, just be sure to clean your cups afterwards.

Cold canned and bottled drinks are allowed in the rooms, but food and hot beverages are not. These must be consumed in the kitchen and designated areas, or outside.

Smoking in the building is not allowed. You must go outside and please dispose of cigarette ends in the disposal box attached to the wall outside the main entrance.

Gender-neutral toilets and hand washing facilities are available at the studio, these are cleaned and checked daily.

By booking at Emperor Studios, you are agreeing to all of the above terms and conditions.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY:

If you wish to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

If cancelling more than 24 hours in advance of your booked session, you will be entitled to either re-arrange your booking to a later date, or a full refund if you do not wish to rebook.

If cancelling within 24 hours or less of your pre-booked session, you will not be entitled to a refund, and 100% of the pre-paid session fee will now act as the cancellation fee to cover business losses.
